Ordering Products

CSC shall have the right, in its absolute discretion, without notice or liability to End User, to provide new functionality or otherwise change the design of any Product or to discontinue the manufacture or sale of any Product.

Payment

No product will be delivered until 100% of the order has been paid for. Payments accepted are: major credit cards, EFT, or cheque. Appropriate taxes will be applied to orders based on their local taxation laws.

Pricing

Pricing is listed before applicable taxes. Pricing is subject to change at the discretion of CSC.

Returns

Returns will only be accepted with an approved RMA number provided by CSC. No returns will be allowed on opened product. No returns on hot tubs/swim spas/saunas. 

Delivery

Curb-side delivery is defined as residential tailgate delivery. Final curb-side delivery location is at the discretion of the driver.

Standard backyard delivery is defined as placement of the product in the customer’s backyard. Whether the delivery is considered standard or not is at the discretion of the CSC. Backyard delivery form must be completed before delivery to determine if the backyard delivery is standard. Additional costs will be charged directly to the consumer if backyard delivery not deemed standard and may result in the tub delivery being delayed. Product can only be delivered to the shipping address indicated on the purchase order. All damages must be reported within 24-48 hours upon delivery to be reviewed, otherwise the damage will be void. Swim spa deliveries only include flatbed delivery to customer’s address, customer is responsible for offloading the swim spa unless they have purchased a package from CSC 

Warranty

Manufacturer product warranty is outlined as per the chart below: 

All warranty requests must be made through our service portal, which can be found at 
support.canadianspacompany.com. Unless a service contract is setup with CSC, all warranty work must be performed by an authorized CSC service technician. No service work will be paid without a valid CSC work order, which need to be obtained prior to scheduling and completing a warranty call.
